KTM is a very well-known Austrian motorcycle manufacturer, and they are not going out of business. KTM has been recognized all over the world for its off-road motorcycles, sports bikes, and now, their launching of electric street bikes.

When I think of KTM, I think of the 420 dirt bike but I looked at the street bikes at a dealer and they look awesome.

CF Moto ATVs are the real deal. I don't know if they'll ever get popular at this point, but they seem to hold up OK

I am confident this is yet another failed attempt at launching an ATV brand. I am active in the ATV world and have yet to see a Dirt Devil anywhere.

I was trying to find Chinese companies but i am surprised at what  I found instead. Two-stroke dirt bikes are still being manufactured by several motorcycle companies.
