I've got a 91 KX 250 that continually gives me a hard start. It will start if I kick the heck out of it, but it should definitely start easier than this. I've replaced and gapped the plug already. Any ideas?
Is the fuel system clean? Check fuel lines and fuel filter, once you've verified you have good fuel flow, then you can start checking electrical components.
