The Eton quad was made by a Chinese ATV company, but it was manufactured in Taiwan starting with the 1999 model and ceasing in 2013. They were starting to develop a following in the USA when they stopped production.

Some of the OEM parts used in production were of questionable quality and resulted some premature failures. There are still plenty of Eton quads around today.

Eton Motorcycles was a company that produced a range of ATV models, including the Eton Viper and Eton Yukon, among others. However, the company filed for bankruptcy in 2013 and ceased production of all its vehicles, including its ATV models.

Since Eton Motorcycles is no longer in operation, it may be difficult to find new Eton ATV models for sale. However, used models may still be available through private sellers or dealerships. It's important to thoroughly inspect any used ATV before making a purchase to ensure that it's in good condition and safe to ride. It's also a good idea to check for availability of parts and service before purchasing an Eton ATV, as they may be challenging to find due to the company's bankruptcy.

Eton seemed like it was gaining in popularity at least for a little while before fading into ATV history. I've actually seen a couple out in the wilderness being exercised.

ETON was a brand of ATV (All-Terrain Vehicle) that was manufactured by ETON America, a subsidiary of a Taiwanese company named E-TON.

In terms of the reliability of ETON ATVs, it's difficult to make a definitive statement, as individual experiences may vary depending on factors such as usage, maintenance, and environmental conditions. However, ETON ATVs were generally regarded as being durable and well-built, with a reputation for being reliable and easy to maintain.

If you are considering purchasing a used ETON ATV, it's important to thoroughly inspect the vehicle, research its history and maintenance records, and have a qualified mechanic perform a comprehensive inspection before making a purchase. Additionally, it may be more challenging to find replacement parts and service for ETON ATVs since the brand is no longer in production.
